Annie Production Information Overview

 

TICKETS:  Each actor will be required to purchase ten discounted $10 Cast Vouchers for $100. These “virtual” vouchers are for reserved seating for any show.  To redeem your vouchers, you must email the Star at least 48 hours before the show(s) for which you are requesting redemption at starvouchers@gmail.com (or click on the blue button below) with the following information:  Show date/time; number of tickets, full name of ticket holder, email address for us to send confirmation; Will Call or Print-at-home, any special requests (handicap, aisle only, etc.).  Once the email is received, we will reserve the best available seats and a confirmation email will be sent from our ticketing system.  Remember, the sooner you redeem, the better the seats! There are no exchanges.  Important: This replaces all printed vouchers.  The only way to redeem your vouchers is via email request at least 48 hours in advance of the show(s) for which you are requesting redemption.

PRE-SALE TICKETS: If you wish to order additional tickets, we will be selling pre-sale tickets until November 9th. The pre-sale prices are $18/general admission, $12/Senior/Student/Military and $9/Child (12 & under). After November 9th, the prices will go up to $20/$15/$10 respectively.

REHEARSALS:  Cast members are required to attend all rehearsals they are scheduled for with the exception of any conflicts listed at your audition.  No additional conflicts will be allowed. A detailed rehearsal calendar is attached. If you will be more than 10 mins late, you must text (not email) David Schulz at 818.355.8074.  Do not call the office.

 

COSTUMES:  Cast members will be asked to provide some additional items (tights, shoes, accessories, etc.). Please let us know if you would like to assist with costumes.

VOLUNTEERS:  In order to have a successful production, we will need help from volunteers. If you have friends or family that would like to help with our raffle, concessions, Will Call, etc., please click on the button below to sign up.

BIOS / HEAD SHOTS: Select actors will need to email a head shot and 90-100 word bio to Paul Friedman by November 17th.
