STAR THEATRE COVID POLICY

StarCoCOVIDPolicy.jpg

We are thrilled to be back producing live theatre once again! We can’t wait to continue sharing our exciting lineup of productions and programs with you.

The health and safety of audiences, artists, staff, and the entire community are the highest priority for the Star Theatre, especially as circumstances surrounding COVID-19 continue to evolve. Through close consultation with medical and public health officials, we have announced a new set of policies for attending a play or event at the Star Theatre.

Masks are optional.  Patrons who wish to wear masks are encouraged to do so, but they are not required, regardless of vaccination status.

When you enter the Star Theatre building, you are self-attesting that your answer is “no” to the following questions:

  1. Have you had any of these COVID-19-like symptoms within the last 14 days? – Fever or chills – Cough – Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing – Fatigue, muscle or body aches – Headache – Loss of taste or smell – Sore throat – Congestion or runny nose – Nausea or vomiting – Diarrhea

  2. Have you been informed by a public health agency or healthcare system that you have been exposed to COVID-19 or that anyone in your household has been diagnosed with COVID-19?

If at any time prior to your performance, you are not feeling well, are unable to meet our mask policy, or feel uncomfortable attending, we are happy to assist you with a return or date exchange when available. Please contact Patron Services at (760) 721-9983 for further assistance.

Thank you for creating a safe and enjoyable environment as we return to live theatre and events!
